It is you, the audience member, who decides the true value of the street performances at the end of each show by making a contribution directly to the talented artists.
NYC Breakdancers - USA
Ladies, prepare to swoon... men, prepare to take notes. This highly skilled technical crew are in a league of their own. Hip-Hoppin' straight out of the US of A with a trail of accolades to their names, these lads are as quick on their feet as they are quick witted. Check out this ever-cool break dance troupe if you want to learn how to bust-a-move and improve your skillz yo! So hot that they are partially blamed for the rise in global warming, this show isn't just good...it's freakin' awesome!
The Human Knot, Daredevil Contortionist & Bruce Springsteen’s Favourite Street Performer - Australia
With more bends than an Irish country road, Alakazam’s freaky contortions, cheeky comedy and ridiculous sky-high feats of danger are definitely a cut above the rest. A previous recipient of The Irish Times Critics Choice Award, this human knot’s high energy show and Aussie charm that will have you reeling with laughter and twisting in your seat. You’ll see why he is considered one of the world’s BEST street performers. Did we mention he is Bruce Springsteen’s favourite street performer...yes The Boss, Bruuuce!

All the family will fall head over heels in love with these high flying Hungarians! They twist, tumble, trapeze, bend, climb and fall, getting the audience cheering, laughing and sometimes even dancing right along with them. Inspired by the travelling circuses of the 1920’s and 1930’s, this married couple twist traditional and modern circus together to create their own magical blend of family-friendly charm, amazing strength and comedy clowning. Experts in acrobatics, juggling, clowning and balancing, sometimes all at once! That might sound complicated but as this family say themselves ‘It’s No Problem’!
Dance, music and art all rolled into one! - Japan
Watch this crazy Rhythm Painter in action as he bops, whoops and gets down all while painting a one off masterpiece. Akira creates his original artworks as part of an eclectic street performance that combines dance, vocals, and music with his unique painting style, before revealing the finished pieces to lucky bystanders. This is a street show like no other, don’t miss out!

A real life ‘paint by numbers’ by the world’s best living statue - Germany
The world's best human statue from Germany brings 'Blanko' the award winning interactive live art movement to City Spectacular this summer. This world champion living statue will let you, the audience paint him...yes he is the canvas, a real life paint by numbers! Festival-goers can express themselves and paint on Blanko turning his white canvas into a colourful masterpiece. Paint brushes at the ready!
A silent but dangerous strong woman comedy show - USA
Metal bar-bending Mama Lou is both a gorgeous and dangerous woman to mess with! She rips phone books in half, breaks chains and pounds nails with her fists. A weight-training Nigella Lawson, Mama Lou gives our taste buds a treat with a cookery demonstration- strong woman style. She crushes apples in her biceps, lifts potatoes with her tongue, rolls up frying pans with her bare hands and makes sure this is a show we will not forget.
World Champion Award Winning Living Statue - Germany
If you ever saw a performer and thought…I could do that…well think again as you most certainly cannot do this! This living statue genius and Germany’s most famous export since Einstein goes back to his roots, carving himself from a mighty tree trunk to create ‘Woody Woodman’. With oodles of creativity and artistic flare, festival goers will be instantly captivated by Woody’s natural charm and world curiosity. What a breath of fresh air!

Colouring is recognised as one of the most mindful things we can do. Little and big kids can express themselves, be bright and bold, and colour outside the lines at the Super Troopers Graffiti House. As part of Laya Healthcare’s 'It’s Good to Live' area.
Laya Healthcare partners Leinster Rugby will make a special appearance over the Dublin weekend with their sports skills sessions and mascot Leo the Lion who will be ready for some ROARsome action.

Tickle your taste buds with over 35 global flavours at the Just Eat Street. Tuck into a smorgasbord of savoury and sweet international dishes, treats and tastes while the Just Eat Waiter Service takes and delivers your food orders. Kick back or jump around to the live bands and DJs on the Just Eat Music Stage at the Dublin festival including one of the most influential Irish DJs, broadcasters and journalists of the last 30 years, the legendary DJ Donal Dineen. Feel the summer vibes with Manden Express, the thrillingly explosive Dublin-based international band, fusing traditional and contemporary styles of West African music from the Mande Empire of what is now known as Mali, alongside infectious Afrobeat rhythms. Enjoy all-female harmonic group Belle Harmonics, 7 piece ska collective Special Brew, jazz trio Organ Freeman and rock out to acoustic metal band Headtrip Acoustic. No Laya Healthcare’s City Spectacular is complete without the p-awsome festival area of Pet-acular with official festival charity partner DSCPA and Purina. Mutt and man will enjoy doggy delights such as the DSPCA Scruffs dog show, dog training & agility demos with the DSPCA Dog Training Team. Lovers of our four-legged furry friends will have the op-paw-tunity to meet dogs who are looking for forever homes in the DSPCA Doggy Adoption Parade.
Purina will be on hand at Pet-acular with some pet-approved surprises! Their Vet Nurse will be chatting all things pet, so pop over to discuss anything from dental health to weight management!

Irish Guide Dog
We will be joined by the Irish Guide Dogs, Ireland’s national charity dedicated to helping people who are vision impaired and families of children with autism to achieve improved mobility and independence. They will bring with them the life changing dogs, many activities and a sensory tunnel to give festival goers a unique sense of what it is to be visually impaired.
The dead have risen from their graves & descended upon Dublin! In a scene reminiscent of your worst apocalyptic nightmares, your only hope to survive is on-board the custom built Zombie Bus®. Place your personal protective Virtual Reality gas mask over your head, & hold on tight as they break their way inside!
